Scone
Preparation:
Baking
Scones: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix:
4 Tablespoons melted butter or margarine
6 oz. container vanilla yogurt
3 Tablespoons milk or orange juice
Add
to dry mix. Mix gently until moist clumps form.
Form ball and turn onto lightly floured surface.
Pat down into 1 inch tall circle. Cut into 8 wedges.
Sprinkle with sugar if desired. Transfer individual
wedges to ungreased baking sheet. Bake 9 to 12
minutes. Makes 8 servings.
