Cinnamon Chip Apple Sauce Cake

1 Cinnamon Chip Scone Mix
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 cups applesauce
6 oz. cinnamon apple yogurt
1 medium apple, diced
1/3 cup warm caramel sauce
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 8x8 inch square baking pan. Mix sugar, oil, applesauce, yogurt and diced apple. Add to dry scone mix and gently fold until just moistened. Spread into prepared pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Serve with prepared warm caramel sauce. Enjoy with a cup of Cinnamon Caramel Apple tea.
