Holiday Cranberry Orange Cake

1 Cranberry Orange Scone Mix
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons fresh orange find
6 oz. orange cream yogurt
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Orange Glaze: Mix
1/2 cup orange liquor or juice
3/4 cup orange curd
2 cups confectioners sugar
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Sift scone mix into large bowl. Stir in sugar and walnuts. In a small bowl, mix grated orange rind, yogurt, buttermilk and oil. Add to dry ingredients and stir well. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake 45-50 minutes. Cool until warm, invert onto plate. Make small holes in top of cake with toothpick. Slowly drizzle with 1/2 of glaze. Garnish with mandarin oranges and additional glaze when serving. Enjoy with Oolong Orange Blossom Tea.
