In a glass bowl,
briskly whisk together the preserves, vinegar, mustard, salt and
pepper. Slowly stream olive oil into the mixture until incorporated.
Then, whisk in 1/2 cup steeped tea. Add dressing to Cranberry Raspberry
Spinach Salad! Mix fresh spinach, dried cranberries, raspberries,
crumbled feta cheese and walnuts.
