Herb & Tea Cheese Scones

1 TT Scottish Oat Scone Mix
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. TT Japanese Sencha Tea
1 tsp. dried dill
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix well. Add to dry mix:
4 T melted butter or margarine (without trans fat)
8 oz. plain yogurt or sour cream
1/3 cup milk

3/4 cup shredded sharp cheese

Put dry baking mix in bowl. Add dry mustard, tea leaves, herbs and seasonings. Add mixed wet ingredients. Gently fold in cheese. Drop by tablespoon onto light colored baking sheet. Bake 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 16 scones. Serve with Tealightful® Chicken Soup!
