Pat out into
a circle, bake at 400 degrees about 12 minutes.
While scone
shortcake is baking, peel, slice/chop ripe, soft peaches and toss
with sugar to taste.
Cool and slice
shortcake in half with sharp knife. On bottom layer, spoon half
the peach/sugar mix. Place top half of scone cake on top. Spoon
remaining peaches over the top and garnish with whipped cream or
cool whip.
(You may also
use Strawberry & Creme Scone Mix to make Strawberry Shortcake,
add strawberries instead of peaches. Change the peach liquor to
Nestle's strawberry syrup or just use milk or half 'n half.)
