Caramel Chai Cream Freeze

1/3 cup light cream
2 tsp. Caramel Cream Tea
2 tsp. Chai Tea
1 Tbls. Caramel Mocha Liquor or Honey
1 cup vanilla yogurt
6 to 8 ice cubes

Bring the cream to a simmer. Stir in tea and steep for 5 minutes. Strain leaves over blender. Add caramel mocha liquor, 1 cup vanilla yogurt and blend. Add ice cubes and process until thick and frothy!
