Cocoa Kisses Brownie Bites with Fresh Raspberries

Ingredients:
1 TT Cocoa Kisses Scone Mix
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 cup Intense Chocolate Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
4 oz. mini chocolate chips
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 jar TT Cranberry Raspberry Preserves

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together except filling.
3. Spoon into mini muffin pans. Pans should be greased (or use muffin cups).
4. Let cool and top with TT Oo La Orange Creme.

Filling: After baking, cool and fill as follows:
Fill each brownie bit with a 1/2 teaspoon of preserves and top with a fresh raspberry.
