Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Cobbler

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 pkg Tealightful Treasures
® Cocoa Kisses Scone Mix
3/4 cup (1.5 sticks) butter, softened
3 tbs chocolate syrup
4 cups confectioner's sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
Whipped Cream

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
With heavy duty stand mixer, place 1 egg in bowl and beat slightly. Add TT Cocoa Kisses Scone mix, chocolate syrup, and butter, using mixer to stir until well blended. (Don't use hand-held mixer-this dough is very thick. Stir by hand instead.)

Press dough into greased and floured 9x13 inch baking dish.

Combine confectioner's sugar, cream cheese, and remaining 2 eggs, mix well. Pour cream cheese mixture evenly over cake mixture.

Spread pie filling evenly over cream cheese layer. Swirl top layers by drawing a table knife through them.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until outer edges are lightly browned and center is almost set. (Cake layer should be gooey in the middle.) To store: cool completely and chill until ready to serve.

To serve, scoop into tea cups when warm. Top with 1 to 2 teaspoons whipped cream.
